The client needed a two-sided marketplace connecting senders with couriers, with real-time parcel tracking, secure in-app payments, and a rating and review system. The platform had to handle concurrent delivery sessions with GPS accuracy and minimal battery drain on the courier device.

What We Built
We built a React Native application with three user roles: sender, courier, and admin. The courier app uses optimised location tracking that balances GPS accuracy with battery life. The sender app provides real-time delivery tracking via Firebase Realtime Database. The payment flow uses Stripe with a split-payment model.
