Pick'tUp needed a secure, reliable logistics platform to connect independent courier drivers with retail clients. The system required real-time driver tracking on maps, a smart job assignment queue, and secure payment payouts.

What We Architected
We engineered an on-demand logistics system consisting of a driver app, a customer app, and a admin panel. We integrated Google Maps API for real-time driver routing and location sharing, built an automated dispatch engine using Node.js, and implemented Stripe Connect for payment payouts.
