Consulting is a standalone engagement: we review, audit, and advise, with no obligation to hire us for implementation. Many clients do come back for the build once they have a clear scope, but the audit stands on its own.
Will you just tell us to rebuild everything so you can sell us a rebuild?
No. In roughly half our audits we recommend targeted refactoring or infrastructure changes over a full rebuild, because that's usually the cheaper, faster path, and we say so even when it means a smaller engagement for us.

Do you need access to our production environment?
