The client needed a mobile-first social platform where nightlife venues and event organisers could promote events in real time, and users could discover what's happening near them through short videos and location-based feeds. The platform needed to handle high-concurrency during peak nightlife hours (10 PM–4 AM) without degraded performance.

We built a React Native application with a location-aware content feed, short video posting with community engagement features, real-time push notifications for nearby events, and in-app subscription monetisation. The backend was designed on Node.js with MongoDB to handle high write throughput during peak hours.
